I led the comprehensive refresh of the Internal Recruiting team's primary video asset, managing the entire project from its inception to its successful completion. Replacing content that was five years old, this involved interviewing and selecting the video production company, recruiting internal talent to be featured, and orchestrating all complex logistics (pun intended) including nationwide travel and on-site production across seven different ITS Logistics facilities. The resulting video now serves as a modern, high-impact tool that revitalizes the company's recruitment efforts and provides a fresh, authentic look at the ITS Logistics employment experience.
