While I find satisfaction in mastering the technical aspects of my craft, it's the world of artistry and design that truly captures my passion. As a creative design director with over 15 years of experience in the industry, I've spent over a decade mentoring and directing the design services team at the nation's leading custom apparel company. My passion for art and design along with my passion for developing others has led me to work with some of the top brands in the world as well as startups and universities, creating unique and memorable apparel & swag designs with amazing artists that stand out from the rest. ​
Background
I have worked across retail, government, and non-profit sectors, and with clients from all industries. Since 2010, I've successfully built and led teams both nationally and internationally, nurturing leaders and designers in their craft. My commitment extends beyond work, as I volunteer on the Graphic Arts & Media Technology Advisory Committee at Truckee Meadows Community College and have served as a Leader on the Women's Diversity Council for my previous employer. Notably, I've contributed my insights to Adobe as a member of their 2023 Business Advisory Board. Prior to this, I participated in Adobe's user test group in 2011, evaluating products before launch, including Creative Cloud. Beyond work, I'm dedicated to giving back—volunteering locally and internationally, and hosting creative workshops for fellow designers.
